“Kuta Luxury upon arrival..............almost! Would stay again if they fix AC!!”
Villa Seger has exceptional potential as its location / view, villa config and space is top notch. We especially liked the separate master suite and open plan "grand room" living & kitchen area flowing into pool area. What made our trip was the attentiveness of the staff Dados / Zuk.... headed by Shille, who took care of our every request. Thanks Shille for suggesting / arranging the poolside BBQ....magical and memorable!
Our key issues are fixable but to our disappointment the large grand room only had one AC average sized cooling unit which meant midday or pre dinner time was hot and uncomfortable if wind not blowing. They must address this for future guests....#more ACs. Overall, facilities could use a quick 'facelift'.... to be a premier property (I see other villas being constructed but none as grand as Villa Seger), they need to focus on little things / staff#s etc / amenities, etc
