Everything was excellent. I'd like to especially highlight the staff's kindness and attitude towards customers - it's like being in a 5-star hotel in the center of New York, even though it feels like a villa in Bali.

This is my first experience staying in a villa not linked to a hotel or a major resort. I was concerned at first regarding safety, facility and service. I was so wrong! I was very happy with the privacy and sense of security there. I truly enjoyed it. Yes, getting instant service was not possible. However, if you plan in advance on what services you might need, such as chef/cook for dinner, breakfast etc, masseuse (this was great!), etc, you will be able to get all that with prior reservation. We tried the spa service and was very happy with it on the first day that we immediately booked for the second day. The Bali Management call center was very responsive and helpful in responding to our queries.
Location was remote and the road getting there were rather rough. At night, outside was very quiet. If you forget to bring something and need to do a bit of grocery shopping, forget it.

Modern villa, immaculate housekeeping, kitchen equipment in excellent condition, the communication with the friendly staff in charge is very easy and rapid, Tumas was always reachable and very helpful. Beautiful escape from the city noise, the typical Balinese village is a hidden gem. Walking distance from Luna Beach Club.
If planning to reach popular beach areas, the trip takes up to one hour by riding a bike.

The villa was beautiful. The pool was at the perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable. They did a wonderful job with my birthday request.
The location is a little off-putting since it's hard to find. Not to mention that it's not very close to things you would like to see. You are very far from a lot of attractions. Outside, the villa is dark and creepy as hell.
