The whole stay in the property was flawless, even when there were some technical issues with the shower. The bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable, the pool is clean and delightful. Jamie is very attentive and accommodating host, and Wawan and his team are great supporting throughout the experience of staying at the property. Check-in experience was flawless. Wawan from Jamie's team was waiting for us and explained everything we needed to know. Whatever request we had they were accommodating and quick to respond. The property is very well located for a family stay. Quiet and secluded, but walking distance from Nusa Dua beach, with good restaurants and services around close by. 30 minutes from the airport, with very light traffic in route. Would definitely return!
Small issue with the hot water from the shower, that was promptly solved.
