Reported as not clean: no proper bedsheets and light entering through the door, indicating below-average cleanliness.
The staff was nice and helpful; service is a clear positive and has been slightly elevated to offset other negative aspects while reflecting the helpful staff noted.
Close proximity to a mosque causes early-morning prayer noise from ~4am, reducing the perceived quality of the location for light sleepers.
Room issues reported (no real bedsheets, light through the door) that lower the perceived room quality.

Check in mudah, staf ramah, menyediakan fasilitas yang baik. Tempat tidur yang nyaman dan lembut dengan bantal dan sarung bantal.
Air panas tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Sedikit bau yang berasal dari kamar mandi.
