“Dreadful, avoid at ALL costs.”
Absolutely awful service, wasn’t ready for me when they told me check in was 3pm. Cleaners were still in the property. Made me wait at a lobby that the staff had no clue about so I think a dodgy air BnB is being ran here
I literally wouldn’t go back and am trying my best to get this removed from booking.com because it is a scam. They cancelled my booking after one night for no reason and then tried to blame booking.com even tho I was notified that it was them who cancelled and then tried to charge me personally and say that i pay them directly which is against booking.com rules. Thankfully I just left the keys on the table and left the property immediately and booked somewhere else. Luckily I got a refund from booking.com.
