Great location - Nice and quiet but walkable to main drag, however the road is a little narrow, steep and scary at night to walk down
The hot water did not work the entirety of our stay. We were promised a refund but never received

Excellent location, had everything you could need. Staff were really helpful with laundry and motorbike hire. The outdoor living area is really nice.
Bed was slightly firm. Water does not stay hot enough to have a full bath. It would be useful to leave a pool net in the villa. The staff were always really happy to clean for us but we felt bad to keep bothering them.

The layout of the villa is nice. It's spacious and the location is quiet.
We stayed for 9 nights so we got the full experience. The mattress is rock solid and quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn't work properly and is incredibly loud, it stops you sleeping. There is a bug infestation in the villa, the pool fills with bugs every day meaning you can't swim. The cleaning staff come at random times or not at all. The owners weren't really interested in helping with the cleaning issues, broken AC or bug infestation. It was difficult to deal with the villa staff/owners about the issues. The villa is also very poorly/cheaply built, the gutters overflow when it rains (among many other issues).
