Negative issues: toilets and drains were clogged and there was garbage at the entrance that smelled. Problems were resolved but the initial state and the one-day delay justify a lowered cleanliness score.
Staff responded adequately and resolved the problems (cleared drains and removed garbage). The prompt and effective handling of issues justifies an above-target score.
Positive mention: quiet yet central location ('rustig maar centraal'). This strong location sentiment supports a rating above the target.

Lokasi, tenang namun pusat
Toilet dan saluran tersumbat yang telah diselesaikan. Tapi itu memakan waktu sehari. Sampah berada di pintu masuk yang bau. Juga dihapus setelah sehari. Awalnya tidak begitu baik. Namun, mereka merespons dengan baik dan menyelesaikannya.
