Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of IDR 1500000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring service animals. Please note that the guest who makes the booking must also stay at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking in the room/ outside designated areas} will incur a cost of IDR 1,000,000 that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.
