Clean and modern villa, but the pool area has cracked flooring which is hazardous.
Staff were incredibly friendly and always there to help.
Surrounded by nature and rice fields, but still close to Ubud center.

Location was nice
I had to ask for the shower / glass wall to be cleaned as it had tooth paste all over it and had not been cleaned good enough .. disappointing as i cleaned it myself Host - said it had been cleaned sorry it was not.

Not much. Glad we booked for only a few days.
There are no facilities nearby and the place is very difficult to access. We did have a driver but the one parking space several hundred feet down the sidewalk is always blocked with a chain. Had we known it was so inaccessible we would have booked elsewhere as there are no stores no food no ATM nearby. Its a good place for a single traveller, absolutely not good if traveling with family. Two coffee cups, 4 plastic glasses, no supplies, we used our own towels. All in all it is not really “luxury” and screams of a distant foreign investor doing the minimum to maximize return. Regretfully not recommended. We spent 6 weeks in Bali and this place stands out as the worst place we stayed:

Ça été compliqué. Mais nous nous sommes adaptés le temps des 5 nuits de notre réservation.
Le séjour a été mitigé. La villa possède un certain potentiel, mais plusieurs points importants méritent d’être signalés. Durant notre séjour, la piscine est devenue verte à cause d’un problème de filtration, ce qui nous a empêchés d’en profiter lors de notre dernière journée. La villa manque également d’entretien général (traces d’humidité et murs abîmés par endroits). Pour une villa prévue pour 4 personnes, seulement 2 transats étaient initialement disponibles. L’emplacement indiqué sur Booking peut aussi prêter à confusion : le centre d’Ubud n’est pas accessible facilement à pied comme annoncé, et les déplacements nécessitent en pratique l’usage d’un taxi. Enfin, l’accueil est très discret et davantage orienté gestion locative que véritable expérience balinaise chaleureuse. Nous avons malgré tout su nous adapter et passer un bon séjour, mais ce n’est probablement pas l’endroit que nous recommanderions pour une expérience sereine et qualitative à Ubud.
