The villa was well kept and beautiful, but there were some plumbing issues initially.
The villa staff were lovely and helpful; responsive host provided soft pillows.
Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping, and sunset beach.
Bedrooms were lovely with good air conditioning, though kitchen and living areas were open air.
Having an own pool was great but facilities are due for upgrade.
The experience was overshadowed by the negative encounter with the owner's unprofessionalism.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall experience affected by both positive staff service and a significant negative issue with the booking.

Beautiful Villa in central location that creates an oasis from hussle and bustle of main strip. Exceptional service and help from staff who went over and above. Will be rebooking without hesitation.
Can be difficult to find.

Very good communication and excellent service and staff.
It was all very lovely, though I couldn't work out how to get the free to air TV in the lounge or bedrooms (but I didn't ask the staff so it was probably something I was doing wrong)
