“Me and my family couldn’t rest well here due to the noise and the bright room. The staff isn’t helpful and rude.”
1. The room isn’t soundproof. I could hear the noise from the main road and it kept waking me up. 2. They are not using the blackout curtains. So the room is so bright and its started to be so bright before 6 AM. Even in the night you still can see the lights outside through the curtain. 3. The toilet smells so weird and its unpleasant smells. 4. When i checked in, the staff just hand me the keys without explaining anything about the room and the building. So i need to figure out everything by myself. 5. The mattresses aren’t good. In fact i could here the sounds of the strings and i was shrinking inside. 6. If you want someone to clean the room, there will be an additional charge. 7. The staffs aren’t professional and rude. You need to ask them questions, otherwise they won’t explain anything to you.
