“Awful. Do not recommend.”
Leaving.
The property was filthy. Bedsheets dirty, cleaner leaves cleaning amenities everywhere. Leaves in the pool, and no hot water. If I could recommend anything it would be not to stay here. We mentioned all of the issues to the host with picture proof requesting some sort of refund or compensation and she was no help. Not only this, but finding the property is an absolute headache! The keys were not in the lockbox, which as two female travellers was a major concern!

“Dirty and unhygienic”
Nothing to like about it, I don’t recommend staying here
I left immediately after check-in and would not recommend this property. The villa was in a very poor and unhygienic condition when I arrived. The toilet was dirty, the bathroom floor and sink area were not properly cleaned, the shower fittings were covered in grime/limescale/rust, and the kitchen counter and sink area looked dirty as well. There were also piles of trash outside the villa. Overall, it did not feel clean, comfortable, or suitable to stay in. This was not just a small cleanliness issue or normal wear and tear. The condition was nothing like what I expected from the listing photos. I contacted the property through Booking.com to ask for cancellation and a refund, but they did not respond. I also contacted Booking.com support, but they only told me to wait for the villa’s reply, which never came. This caused a lot of stress, wasted time, and extra cost because I had to find somewhere else to stay. I did not use the villa and left right after checking in because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I would strongly advise future guests to not book this place.

Sangat tidak recomend dengan villa ini Sangat kotor, ac semua kamar kotor bahkan waktu kita cek in baru tau penyebab ac tidak dingin karena pipa nya bocor. Waktu kita datang sampah numpuk di garasi mobil
Property sangat tidak layak pakai, panci berkarat, ac rusak, kamar mandi dan closet semua berlumut, wastafel kamar mandi mampet

“Exceeded expectations!”
Clean, well-kept and amazing value. Staff came to tidy the villa daily and did our laundry super quickly. This villa has everything you’d need and is super comfortable and spacious for 4 people. The pool was really clean and a nice cool temperature. Wish we could stay forever!
Location was a little out of the main part of Canggu- but still had everything we needed and only a short 8 minute bike to the popular restaurants and bars. Wasn’t too bothered!
