“Best decision”
amazing stay, amazing staff and security.
Only issue was the drainage smell in one of the washrooms, but the staff fixed it temporarily on request.

Nice large villa and within walking distance to the shops on the main road. Space to park a small car. Nice pool deck. Within quite cul de sac.

The staff did a good job with cleaning and communication. They were very friendly and willing to assist. The location was in a good area and there is a small market and cafe within walking distance
I paid for decorations to be brought to the house for my birthday. They threw them away, with no notice, so I didn't even get to have them on my special day. There was no explanation for this. It was extremely disappointing. We had to keep asking for toilet paper and small towels. While cleaning the door was left open so we constantly came back to dragonflies every where in the house even though we kept asking for the door to be shut. They also had to keep entering our unit, without permission, to retrieve items for other guests, such as sheets.
