The location was perfect. Away from the hustle bustle noise but close enough and can walk everywhere or a short Grab away. It was safe as a solo traveler. Very comfortable and clean stay. The staff were very responsive.

I didn’t like anything about property. It is daylight robbery from guests in terms of misleading information and service. The name of property should be serene pool & skylight bathtub but they gave us accommodation in dingy and far place in property named cocoon sunset. I tried to complain to booking.com but they didn’t respond.
Beside misleading & fake name, we were not provided WiFi. Sometimes, tapped water stopped. Location was not same as provided, we had to search for two hours to find. There was no staff or manager to help. Just a lady dropped in day for house cleaning, rest of time we were on our own.

Honestly one of the best, most beautifully designed places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer.
