Poor A/C in one room. did not get repaired. Weak showers, hard mattresses, pool filters came on early to wake you up, low quality shampoo and wash products, had to pay for a broken glass ($5) Dirty floor mats and stained sheets, cleaner comes at 9 and stays 2 hours. - not private. Nespesso coffee not included and you pay good ($$$) money here. had to aks for clean pool towels.
