“Villa Baru 9”
The Villa is beautiful, clean and modern. The food from the cafe is delicious and good value. The location is on the outskirts of Canguu, preferable for me, less crowds! The staff are all lovely and very helpful. The villa is cleaned daily.
The only problem which I raised with the manager is this fruit that constantly falls down from an overhanging tree. They are spiky and heavy and unfortunately landed in and around the pool area. Which meant I couldn't use the pool until it got cleaned nor did I want to for fear of being hit by one. Would I stay there again? Most definitely as long as the tree is gone or in a different villa number.

“Amazing villa and staff”
- The villa is stunning! - Bed was super comfortable to sleep on - I requested for a sun bed to be placed by the pool and the request was accommodated 🙏 makasih! - The villa and pool were cleaned every day. - Very good communication with staff, all requests were promptly done. - No geckos inside the villa (or at sight, I could hear them at night) - Baru cafe is 2 min walking distance, amazing food and smiley staff!
- It’s actually 15 min by scooter to Canggu - 26-30/10/24 there was construction going on around the villa so it’s not as silent as I imagined. Room for improvement: - The check-in later than 12pm (not sure if exceptions are made as I booked last minute and didn’t manage to talk with someone in useful time to ask for a late check-in). I landed at 5 pm so had to stay by the airport area for the first night - how I wish I could have spent another night in this stunning villa!

Great stuff, amazing villa, really comfortable and modern. Nice and cosy cafe nearby with delicious food, that being delivered right to your door. Easy and smooth communication

“Wonderful place to relax”
Loved everything. Lowered down sofa was amazing, double sink bathroom was great, chill area by the pool and the pool itself was great.
Would’ve wished for somewhere to hang towels. Also slightly annoying that housekeeping came at 10 every morning even though we told them every day to come later.
