Generally good but several mentions of cleanliness issues: ants on check-in, occasional cobwebs and bathroom attention needed.
Consistently praised staff (Mutia, Thessa highlighted) for helpfulness and quick problem resolution, though some room-service coordination delays were reported.
Stunning views and beautiful natural surroundings praised repeatedly, but multiple guests noted noise from a nearby road affecting some villas.
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful design; some guests reported issues (wobbly toilet, wooden shower floor oddity, strong sun/heat due to glass).
Highly rated amenities: pools, infinity views, cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, yoga, pilates and gym; widely cited as a standout feature.
Perceived as good value overall (helpful management, occasional special pricing), though isolated service/food issues slightly temper this.
Restaurant and healthy food offerings praised by many, but some guests reported poor execution on specific dishes and inconsistent service/coordination.
Overwhelmingly positive guest sentiment: words like 'perfect', 'magical', 'paradise' recur; most guests would return and highlight an exceptional stay.

The water in the bathroom is very small, can't be used simultaneously. Originally went for a small forest, but after entering it feels like autumn, not lush, a bit sad. Quite like the small wooden house, very warm, especially beautiful at night.
Maybe it's the water, very small
