Wasn't there for long enough to know
Bedbugs. Walked into the room and saw three big ones on the bed, called the receptionist who came and picked them up, made a joke and removed them from the room. No offer of a new room or refund. Checked out within 10 minutes and found a much nicer place round the corner. Dont bother

The room was spacious enough for a family of 4. The staff were happy and genuinely pleased to help when asked. Very relaxing here. The children felt safe. The pool was good for a plunge or little swim. Quiet location but still in the heart of everything. One night turned into a 3 week stay! This place really worked for us.
Nothing we didn't like.
