Wonderful stay and amazing hospitality! Batur Happy House was a very cozy place to stay with a lovely little garden. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful — when we were heading to the hot springs, the owner even drove ahead of us on his scooter so we wouldn't get lost. The hot springs are located very close to the house, which was super convenient. We highly recommend staying here!

Le lieu est très joli, la piscine thermale (eau chaude naturelle) est absolument superbe. L’hôte la remplie à convenance et elle est vidée tous les jours, donc très propre. La famille qui gère cette guesthouse est absolument incroyable, ce sont des gens formidables, prêts à aider et apporter toutes les solutions. C’est l’endroit où nous avons été le plus choyé à Bali. Le petit déjeuné fait maison est très bon ! L’ensemble de la propriété est propre.
Indépendant du pouvoir de nos hôtes mais tout le secteur est infesté de mouches, à cause de l’agriculture à proximité. Malheureusement le matelas de notre chambre était vraiment trop mou, ce qui ne semblait pas être le cas des autres chambres. L’accès à cet établissement se fait par une petite ruelle caillouteuse, difficile d’accès en voiture et en scooter. L’idéal est de marcher les 100m entre la rue et les chambres.

Amazing host. Clean room. Garden and pool are beautiful. The water of the pool gets changed everyday with hot springs water, which is fantastic.

Die Anfahrt hat uns etwas überrascht. Über einen sehr schlechten Weg, den man eher mit einem 4WD befahren würde/sollte, kommen wir an einen kleinen Platz vor Häusern. Es liegt Müll herum. Nicht sehr einladend. Ein Hinweisschild weist auf einen schmalen Weg zwischen den Häusern. Dann noch mal rechts an einem Bauernhof vorbei. Alles sieht schäbig aus. Und dann ist da dieses wunderbare Homestay: 3 kleine Häuser, leuchtend weiß gestrichen. Ein halboffener Küchenbereich und ein einladendes Pool davor. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher, sehr fröhlicher und ausgesprochen einladender Mann. Er und seine Frau sindcso liebenswürdig und gastfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. Vor jedem zwei Stühle. Aber das Beste ist der Pool, der mit warmen Wasser vom Vulkan gefüllt wird. Und dann kann man mit einem Getränk in der Hand im warmen Pool hocken und direkt auf den Gunung Batur schauen. Traumhaft
Bedingt durch die Landwirtschaft gibt es bis Sonnenuntergang viele Fliegen.
