Location and accessibility
Cleanliness was poor, the bedsheets had stains and hair on them. The jet spray in the washroom was leaking. This flat cannot fit 4 people comfortably. The 2nd room did not have an AC. The place is smaller than it looks in the photos. AC in the living room was not working properly.

Easy check-in, the apartment itself is really clean, organised, and smells fresh. Would stay again.
