The location is perfect! Close to every restaurant and shop and to the beach
It wasn’t really clean and the conditions especially from the bathroom was really bad and I didn’t felt comfortable at all.

If you’re on a budget and prefer private rooms to shared dormitories, this will do. It’s private and quiet and cheap. Bed and linens were clean and I actually didn’t think the mattress was bad.
No hot showers. Not super clean either. Just very basic and humble.

The location is nice.
Homestay is old and my room is dirty. Facilities are full of rust - remote control, bidet, door knobs, AC. The smell of the sewage is coming out from the toilet. Needs a lot of cleaning and renovation. The pictures here are different from the room in person.
