Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive. Location was excellent in Seminyak and close to main shopping strip and restaurants.
The only issue we had was the main bedroom mattress and pillows were extremely hard.

We loved the location and the very large pool! The house was spacious for all guest to be comfortable! Beds are comfy!
I didn't like the bathroom in the master bath only because it did not have Aircon. But it was very large and spacious.

The property was well equipped. Beds were mostly comfortable if a little on the firm side.
Unfortunately nearly our entire stay we had to put up with a nearly non-stop party at the house right next door. These people (apparently the owners) literally never stopped partying except for maybe a day or two when they left. They returned and on went the music, the bass invaded our villa for the entire time, morning and night, it was horrific. We called to complain and were given a phone number to call security when they became noisy. The first night after 2 or 3 calls, the noise did die down for quite some time, but then a few hours later the noise returned. Despite multiple texts and complaints, the partying just went on and on for days. It was horrible and as a result really ruined our experience at the villa. We called out to them and asked them to stop, but they just ignored us. There was a constant smell of weed coming from the property and given they never slept, I can only imagine what else they were up to. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. This place was a nightmare. It’s a shame because the people who run it were all very accommodating with cleanliness etc, but they weren’t very helpful with the noise situation.
