The location is amazing. Close to beach and great clubs. The place is comfortable to stay.
The name of the villa is confusing (there is no hidden tree sign). Getting to the beach required walking through Lv8 resort. My friends complained of some smell in hot water (may be the geyser needed cleaning). There was no coffee, tea or sugar. The beds post are protuding and I hurt my foot twice.

The property is super nice and private
The huge construction site next door which you had to walk through to get to the beach. It was muddy with heavy machinery working. Not great.
