Location and facilities. Grandson & granddaughter loved the pool.
The kitchen needs an overhaul. Cupboards are aged and a bit grotty. Crockery and cutlery needs to be reviewed due to missing items. A salad bowl would be an asset.

Central location easy to walk to shops, beach, restaurants. Comfy beds and great pool.
Bathrooms could do with some repairs, some shower heads were broken or were blocked, drainage system in showers is slow. Kitchen facilities were very basic could use some more glassware, crockery and cutlery. Not very good pots and pans to cook a meal, luckily we didn't need to. Need to do more maintenance on general areas. Not worthy of a 4 star rating.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Nicola Seminyak with Fat Lamb Villas! A special thank you for the lovely cake and beautiful decorations for my daughter’s 8th birthday—it made her day so memorable. The villa itself is spacious and perfect for families. The swimming pool was a highlight for my kids—they couldn’t get enough of it! The place is well-maintained, clean, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hospitality was top-notch. Host Jody was quick to respond to any questions or requests, and Komang, who assisted us throughout our 5-night stay, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Seminyak. We’ll definitely be back!

Close to Seminyak shops, cafes, restaurants. Quiet location. Spacious villa rooms and compound. Beach not too far either
Shower / bath taps need replacement.
