Location
There was no one to help . The cleaner was lazy . The cleaning cloth was so disgusting and dirty . We have stayed in many villas have never had a problem with the staff or cleanness before . For the amount of money we paid we were extremely disappointed in comfort . Would not recommend for any family or friends to stay there .

The location
The cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately riddled with bed bugs. To reiterate, they were not Normal bugs related to a tropical climate. The mattress was riddled with bug poo additionally.

Tina the housekeeper was Amazing. Most beautiful and kind lady!! Beautiful downstairs setup and pool table!
The aircons weren’t really working so it was pretty hot during the night without fans as well. And the toilets didn’t really always flush.
