The house is big and spacious, with nice winds blowing in. Overall clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanest house pool I've seen, with no water insects. Bed was very soft.
Level 2 bedroom (the biggest one) did not have a toilet door, hence there was a slight sewage smell spreading through the room. Other rooms were great.

La propreté n’était pas dutout au rendez-vous, les poubelles n’étaient meme pas vidées , des cafards mort dans les chambres , des têtes de lit vraiment sales . Le contrat pour la location de la villa ne correspondait mas à notre réservation : pas le bon nom ni les bonnes dates de réservation, ils l’ont signé pour moi …

Great size, especially upstairs. Ideal for couples or a group of friends. One thing to note is they mention sofa beds. This is Incorrect. They only have 5 bedrooms
Ok so this is another thing not mentioned. They require a 1M IDR deposit in cash. If you don't have cash you can bank transfer however, they try to make excuses to delay payment. I have got my money but yes, be mindful before booking

It is removed from the busy centre of Uluwatu but close to some great beaches and beach clubs.
- but that does mean taxis can get stuck in traffic If you want to go in to Uluwatu or other parts of Bali, you need to allow time to move around.
