“I wouldn’t recommend”
Swimming pool and wifi.
- aircon in left bedroom had a awful smell when operating making it unbearable to sleep in. Property didn’t take accountability and my guest left unsatisfied and paid else where remaining of holiday. - I was given the wrong code for key box when I arrived and had to be let in from security. I wasn’t comfortable leaving it in there and property didn’t address issue. - out of 10 days 2 of them we didn’t have cleaning service. - it took over a day to receive our washing back - communication with management was poor. - drivers / grab and visitors couldn’t find property and was marked on maps correctly. My guests were dropped at wrong location. - no bottled water provided - no insect incense were provided and we brought our own. Other villas provided in the past. - we had people walking around at night in our villa , tapping on our window.
