The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated the effort they put into preparing breakfast every morning. You could really feel the care and attention they put into their work, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and hospitality were what I appreciated most, and they truly made a positive difference to my vacation.
Dangerous Access Road and Poor Ventilation in the Room The two biggest problems I experienced during my stay were the dangerous road leading to the property and the lack of proper ventilation in the room. First, getting to the property was quite challenging and potentially dangerous. I rode my motorbike up the hill alone, so I managed, but I would be seriously concerned about anyone with limited riding experience or anyone carrying a passenger. The road is narrow, steep, and full of sharp bends. On top of that, the surface is not properly paved in places, with loose sand and gravel that can make the tires slip easily. This creates a real risk of an accident, especially when going uphill or downhill around the bends. Even after arriving safely, I felt uneasy knowing that I would have to ride back down the same road. I also spoke with other people who had visited the property, and they mentioned that the difficult access road was one of their biggest concerns as well. I strongly believe that improving the road surface and making access safer should be a priority. The second major disappointment was the room itself. There were no windows in the room, which meant there was very little ventilation. Since there was no air conditioning, keeping the door closed made the room hot and stuffy. However, leaving the door open allowed too many flies to come inside. It would have made a big difference if the room had even a small window with a mosquito screen, or some kind of screened ventilation opening beside the door. This would have allowed fresh air to circulate while keeping insects out. Overall, these issues made my stay less comfortable than I had expected. The property would benefit greatly from a safer access road and better ventilation in the rooms. These may seem like basic things, but they make a significant difference to guests' safety, comfort, and overall experience. 7b
