“Dangerous and scam hotel”

Staff lies about the entire place, when i booked this hotel, the island of penida has a power outage, i asked specifically if this hotel has a generator, the staff on whatsapp says yes but then when i reach thre is no power at all. The staff then continues to lie saying tht they have solar generator and it shud be working etc but then its not working at all. When i reach thre room, the room is full of dust and i share this news to the reception, the receptionist says there is no dust and proceeds to use his hands to wipe the floor and then onto his face to prove tht thre is no dust 🫠🫠🫠. I then tell this incident to the whatsapp staff. He then proceeds to call me a liar instead and then ask me to leave the place and uses vulgarity as well. Even threaten to call the police. I leave immediately as i felt unsafe and that this place had become dangerous. After that, i read online a nd saw there are many similar incidents that had the same experience as me. I think all the hotel booking platforms should ban this hotel to prevent customers from falling into such a dangerous situation again.
