We were only there one night but great breakfast and good location across from the gorgeous Nipah Beach. Pool looked great although we didn't have time to use it .

Easy to find Easy to check in Big room for a family of 4 - 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. They opened the restaurant for a simple, cheap breakfast. Family that run it are very welcoming. They ordered taxis for us whenever we needed it. Across the road from Nipah beach. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it in the end.
There were no negatives. The hotel is definitely dated but for £25 a night it was what we were expecting.
