Guest reports overbooking resulting in no room on arrival; booking/management handled reservation poorly.
Booking listing showed 3 minutes away but actual property was 43 minutes away; misleading distance information.

I booked for my staff so she and her husband and baby can get close to our villa. in booking.com it showed only 3mins away. with that showed, I booked this property. but on the actual date of check in, the property is 43 mins away. and the room was not available! because apparently its overbooked. so bad.

The place is under renovation so it should be better with time. It very close to the start point for Batur
It's pretty wild. The person on the site doesn't know English. No internet

Great location and quiet. We enjoyed staying in nature, the staff made our group a campfire and were very helpful and friendly. They served a decent breakfast in the morning. 1 tip - Make sure to stock up on snacks before you get to the accommodation for your trek! Short distance to the starting point of Mt Batur hike. Perfect to rest before and after the hike!
