The rooms and facilities have 'seen better days'. The toilet paper bin was not cleaned for a while.
People and staff were very friendly and responsive.
Great central location for walking into Ubud with many amenities nearby.
Rooms were spacious but showed wear and some had mold.
Limited amenities; no pool or kettle, shower only had cold water.
Excellent value for money and affordable prices.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Enjoyable stay despite minor issues; would stay again.

It is a great place, basic but with a comfortable bed and air-conditioned with a jungle view. No pool or kettle or TV in the room but that didn't bother me. The massage spa at the entrance, is excellent, and it is 10min walk to yoga barn or 5min to Swasthya yoga.
The roosters wake early 😅

Emplacement
Nombreux bruits : chants de coqs de l' aube au crépuscule, travaux dans l établissement terrasse non protégée du soleil. Salle de bain humide, sans aération, eau chaude aléatoire. Une seule prise électrique :

Central location for walking into Ubud. Lots of warungs, bars, and a spa nearby. Staff were responsive when we asked for anything, eg a second towel.
The room was very old and tired. You get what you pay for but also, the bin lid for toilet paper didn't seem to have been cleaned for a while. There was construction work whilst we stayed.
