“Overall, a decent stay in a good location with helpful staff, though a few things could be improved.”
Loved the location of the property. The staff on check-in day was very warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Gede Dodik, who was very helpful throughout our stay. The property had basic amenities and the option of daily room cleaning if informed in advance. 😊
A couple of things to note for improvement. There were a lot of lizards in the rooms, especially in the two rooms next to the pool as the toilet area had some openings. Also, on the last day the staff didn't help us with our luggage even though they were just standing nearby but were busy on the phone. I did share this with the main manager, Mr. Dodik, and he apologised for the same. 😊

“Not the best villa”
Location is very good
This villa is just 4 bedrooms in 3 separate buildings around a pool. The kitchen is in another building to far away from bedrooms. There is no chilling space or lounge for evenings to relax. No daily cleaning was done and staff come onsite just to dit around kitchen area and do nothing. After 3 days I had to request towel changes. Rooms smell fousty due to leaking toilets

“So relaxing to wake up surrounded by nature, only a short walk to the Main Street.”
As a family with teenagers we loved this property as everyone had their own villa and bathroom, 2 villas right next to the pool. The beds are large and so comfortable. The mornings were so relaxing waking up to all the birds, squirrels and nature. The staff are excellent, super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The villa is down a short alley off Bisma Jalan, which is one of Ubud’s main streets but less busy. There is everything on Bisma street - best massage, fine dining, rice field warungs, boutique clothing, yoga, meditation, jewellery classes and more. We stayed for 10 days and loved it!

“It was like a little piece of paradise in the middle of Ubud.”
It is very peaceful and away from the noise, whilst being close to the main area.
The pathway in is very bumpy and not so good for you suitcase wheels.
