The very helpful friendly staff. Location. Pool.
Had a guaranteed request for twin beds, on arrival request had not been logged and had a 40 minute wait for room. When 1st entering room there was litter and cigarette butts and a bundle of hair on patio. 2 guests and only 1 mini shampoo, 1 coffee sachet and 3 sugar sachets only and only half a roll of toilet paper. Only 2 towels and no hand towels. Poor beverage service on the beach and had to return across the road to reception to pay for drinks and then wait whilst a staff member went back across the road to verify what we drank.
