Nous avons aimé l'originalité du concept, la qualité des constructions, le soin apporté à la présentation, la gratuité du minibar et la végétation luxuriante.
Le personnel n'est pas des plus chaleureux, ce qui est rare à Bali. Il n'y a pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine commune. Les cabanes sont proches les unes des autres, alors on entend tout de l'une à l'autre.

“Completely disappointing, do not recommend.”
Nothing at all.
We had originally booked the Treehouse Suite and received a note from the team that we were being "upgraded" to their Private Pool Villa which we later realised was listed as the Treehouse Studio with Private Pool instead, very different from what we were promised. Upon checking in, we were told to hop on a car which took us on a 5 min ride in the dark to an unlit path that led to our "villa" which was very secluded. There were 3-4 more units but none of them were occupied judging by how dark and quiet the units were. On our first night, we were awakened by several dogs in the neighbourhood barking loudly at 2am. On the second night, I was rudely awakened by cars honking right outside our unit at 5am. Beds and pillows were also too soft. We requested for additional pillows twice but they never got delivered. We gave feedback about the noise and were given earplugs of dubious origins (see photo). Towels clearly meant to be refreshed were placed on the toilet cover. The staff had later placed them back onto the hanging racks, which left us utterly speechless. We did not even use the pool as the outdoor area was infested with mosquitoes and the lounge chairs were unclean and worn with holes on the covers. Our main gate could not be locked as the padlock provided could not fit in the loop. Needless to say, nothing about my stay was enjoyable nor restful. Our experience varied greatly from our expectations of this beautifully marketed property. We felt completely shortchanged by the supposed "upgrade" to a deserted area which I assumed, no one wanted to book and I could not wait to leave after our second night. I felt immense relief that I was able to resume with my vacation in another property that felt safe and comfortable. Please do not be fooled by the photos and reviews. I hope my honest feedback is able to help another traveller and if it was not clear enough, I highly do not recommend staying here.
