The villas are indoor/outdoors without a roof over the pool. I wasn’t expecting a pool in the middle of our room, but it was an absolute blessing/luxury in the 30 degree plus temperatures during our stay. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept on, we had free wifi, air con, Netflix, complimentary yummy breakfast and the friendliest staff. The beach, shopping centre etc., was a taxi ride away and we had the loveliest stay.

These are beautiful villas that need maintenance. Pools need mould removed as do garden pots. Air conditioner leaks water into the slippery tiles. Towels have seen better days. No shuttle service as stated. No fruit basket as stated .No minibar as stated. Unequipped kitchen. In the middle of nowhere. Not near Sanur shopping or restaurants. Breakfast not included and 3 times the price at other restaurants in Sanur. Just needs maintenance before too long. Pool deck needs new boards and repainting. Shower tiles need mould removal and fixtures repaired. Bedding is comfortable and good standard. Staff don’t really understand English. It could be 5* with improvements.
