Consistently praised in reviews: rooms described as clean, well maintained and tidy.
Very positive sentiment: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and polite.
Excellent location close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but several guests reported noise from a nearby bar/music at night.
Rooms are generally comfortable, clean and updated in places (walk-in showers), though a few guests noted rooms can feel a little dated and can be affected by outside noise.
Strong amenities praised: large pool, swim-up/pool bar, kids pool, gym and spa/massage facilities; popular pool bar and activities mentioned.
Good value noted by multiple reviewers; price seen as fair given facilities, with one comment that price reflects dated aspects.
Food generally well regarded (delicious meals, buffet breakfast, cooking class), though a few guests mentioned breakfast shortages later in service and issues with smoking near pool.
Overall very positive stays reported — many 'would return' and 'everything was great' comments, with minor negatives (noise, occasional breakfast issues).

Sangat berisik
