“Great stay and breakfast and one small communication issue”
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Convention Center Ancol. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very generous, with a really good variety of food. The location within Ancol is convenient and was perfectly fine for us. One thing that could have been explained more clearly was the complimentary Ancol entrance for hotel guests. Guests can receive two free entrance tickets, but this information was not very obvious before our arrival. The relevant email often ends up in the spam folder, so clearer information before arrival would definitely have been very helpful. Apart from that, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again.
The only small downside at breakfast was the fruit- or mango-flavoured water, which was not really to our taste. It can also get quite crowded at weekends, especially during breakfast.

Ontbijt was geweldig! Veel vers gemaakt Verder waren we er maar heel kort Het is op een pretpark, dus als je daarvoor komt , super!
Taxi chauffeurs snappen het niet helemaal met het park. En daar moet je dus wat voor betalen
