Avoid. Nothing here justifies the price or the rating. Two nights, IDR 1,350,000. So 1,750,000 with Breakfast. Here is what we found. Hygiene The bathroom has serious damp problems, with black mould along the joints and around the door frame. Photos attached. This is not passing dirt — it is a structural issue that has been left untreated. The poolside lounge This is where the neglect is most obvious. The sofa cushions are stained, grimy, and covered in cigarette burns — not one or two, but everywhere. They have clearly not been cleaned or replaced in years. The tables are scratched and dusty, and were still carrying the previous guest's leftovers when we sat down. The buffet counter by the pool bar is no better: food debris scattered across the surface, with cardboard sheets simply laid on top. Nobody wipes anything. The sun loungers are visibly dirty and stained. Same story. Breakfast paid for, not served We paid IDR 400,000 for breakfast. It is advertised until 10:00. By 9:30 the dishes were empty and nothing was replenished. You are charged for a service that is not delivered. Safety The tiling around the pool has sharp edges. Cutting your feet walking barefoot at the poolside is the bare minimum a hotel of this standing should fix. The lifts are noisy, jolt on every trip, and feel genuinely neglected. We ended up taking them with real apprehension. Noise Sleeping properly is impossible. The hotel sits directly beside a motorway, and there is an active construction site a few metres away, working from early morning. There is no sound insulation whatsoever. Air conditioning The thermostat cannot be adjusted. It is all or nothing — you either take the temperature the hotel has decided, or you switch it off entirely. There is nothing in between. Reception Unpleasant staff who avoid the problem rather than deal with it.
