Good communication from Kezia and we didn't have to worry about anything. We had a welcome coconut which was a nice touch. Very nice and extremely spacious accomodation. Private with the exception of a 2 storey next door. We didn't see anybody the whole time we were there. Pool was very nice, had privacy but was quite cool as the sun doesn't really get to the water. There are some nice restaurants bet close by, so a search on maps, as you wouldn't pick them as some look like homes. We had no issues at all with noise even though it was not far away from a major road. The villa design stopped any noise. We did have a great time and the property was great.
Booking.com provided an airport pickup and cancelled when we landed. It cost us 550k IDR to get a taxi. No explanation, just cancelled. Seems poor noting how many taxi and ride share companies there are. Location was quite a ways from the main area of Ubud. The road or the front didn't have foot paths and was quite interesting walking along it. As I said, restaurants are close but if you want to go into ubud Central get a scooter/car. Very busy streets and can take uo to an hour to go 4-5kms.
