Multiple guests explicitly mention the property as very clean and well maintained; occasional insect presence is noted due to the open/jungle setting but overall cleanliness is reported positively.
Service is frequently described as friendly, attentive and exceptional by many guests, though one review called out poor staff/maintenance — overall sentiment is positive with an isolated negative report.
Location and views are repeatedly praised as outstanding (jungle, views, unique setting); remoteness is mentioned as a downside by some but the scenic location is a major strength.
The unique 'bubble' accommodation is celebrated, but several guests report issues: outdoor bathroom with flying insects, plastic clarity affecting views, and heat when sun hits the bubble — room quality is special but has notable drawbacks.
Amenities like the pool, AC, floating breakfast and spa/massage are highlighted positively; some mention limited menu options and the remote location affects accessibility to other amenities.
Mixed sentiment: several guests find the experience expensive for Bali and one felt it wasn't worth the price, while others consider the unique experience worth the cost.
Breakfasts (including floating breakfast) receive strong praise and are often called excellent; there are isolated complaints about specific items (e.g., pancake taste) and limited menu variety.
Overall experience is frequently described as magical, unique and memorable (sleeping in the bubble, jungle atmosphere); a few guests experienced problems (bugs, maintenance) but the majority report a highly positive stay.
