This place is decent management needs to focus on communication. I texted them through Hotels.com, I rarely receive a response. I asked for breakfast to be packed, it was not ready and had to leave without breakfast. No wifi password written anywhere in the villa, no iron stand. The property is clean and very close to the airport so it’s a benefit.

Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could possibly be. Towels were not always clean, even after laundering (makeup, footprints, and dirt left behind). Would have to ask for additional towels for the pool, hand, kitchen, etc. We were there for 10 days, pool water was never checked. Just a couple of chlorine blocks thrown in when we arrived and the filter pump wasn't even turned on. Breakfast wasn't ideal, scrambled egg was a chopped up fried egg. Not sure where bottled water came from, but one day was topped up from the kitchen tap. Concierge wasn't helpful, first night in the dark sent us out to the main road to walk in traffic and maybe find a taxi. No taxis to be hailed. Found out two days later about the Blue Bird app and then was able to organize our transport. The same concierge told us we couldn't extend our checkout time. Asked for the manager who arranged for us.
