“Terrible and not worth the money.”
Size of house
It was in terrible condition. Photos are NOT true. Old. Broken. Dirty. Pool was filthy. Wasp nest inside the pool furniture. I was stung in the ear. Glass was broken and old. All the cutlery and Crockery was sooo old. Tiles are broken. Cracks and chips everywhere. Walls need painting. It was awful. Hot as hell. The air conditioning in the rooms is terrible and doesn’t cool. I sweat all night. The common areas have no AC and only 1 fan. Dead bugs in the light fixtures. Panels peeling off.

“Great for a large group”
Beautiful decor, gorgeous views, stunning Villa and fab pool. Also a really kind and helpful doorman.
It was a little tricky to find and doesn’t have many amenities in walking distance

“Superb”
The villa is amazing. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and comfy. The pool was small but sufficient. There was a very nice view. There is Majordomos living in the basement, who is always helpful but doesn't speak English. There are not many things in the neighborhood, but the majordomos will rent you motorbikes, and there is a small shop 5 minutes on the walk. We were using the Grab app for food ordering.
