The owner of the place was very kind to us. He helped us find good prices to move around the island, and offered to take our clothes to the laundry. He rented us bikes to move around the island. The facilities go hand in hand with the price.
We were a block away from the mosque so every morning we woke up to the call to prayer. Three different calls could be heard at the same time. It's not something about the accommodation but for those who want to stay there and don't have heavy sleep. There was no hot water, but we had already read about it in other guests' comments.
