The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Mujjahidin who was very efficient and helpful. As our check out was early morning, the staff arranged breakfast packed for us. We had it at the airport. Thank you Erian Hotel team. We Will definitely stay in your hotel on our next visit to Jakarta.

I like the hotel is clean and simple, no frills. I also didn't find any problems with the noise level. When I first came the fabric softener was too much but Adhianto at the reception handled it very quick by changing the bedding. Theodore at the check-in was also very friendly and fast checking me in. Adhianto also helped me get the takeaway breakfast since I had to leave at 5am
A bit dark, with all the dark interior. I booked a single room and everything presented single, one tea bag, one coffee sachet. Which I find a bit peculiar but okay.
