Close to a mall. There were smoking rooms (very convenient for smokers who don't have to go down and out of the hotel). The staff (reception, floor, restaurant) always very polite and smiling.
No view of the outside, just a window facing a wall. Parking is paid for visitors or cars coming to pick us up. But it's okay.

There is a person named Ryan who is very polite and cheerful. Everyone except Ryan is good until the sky.

Friendly, helpful staff, large room. Laundry is free and the location is good next to a small mall for coffee, dining, and snacks.
The air conditioning broke down on the last night of the stay with a very loud clatter. The room has no daylight.

Very clean & big room. Also, the beds are very comfortable. Front office is very helpful.
Must put signage to iron/laundry room.
