“Accommodation located close to the city center with plenty of space and flexible breakfast times”
Spacious rooms, modern fully automated sanitary facilities, center of Ubud easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was served daily at different times as requested, always on time.
The offer of power outlets is not up to date, especially near the beds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. However, we had to repeat extra requests, such as additional blankets or salt for breakfast, on three out of four days.

The villa was beautiful. From the courtyard and pool, to the furniture inside and design of the bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Only a short 15min walk to the hustle and bustle, but restaurants and shops very close by.
The room itself was showing a bit of wear and tear.

Nice villa
The construction next door was a downside, lacking privacy as there was a view of the villa. The water did not drain properly in the indoor bathroom when showering. A sink would be useful but was not a problem.
