Location was central too shops, restaurants and bars in Seminyak. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the villa was a little aged, it was very clean and tidy. It was very quiet.

The villa was perfect for our holiday except for very noisy building work on a new receptions area, this lasted for a couple of days. It was stopped eventually but meant we had to leave the villa for two days for peace and quiet , not what we expect in peak time rates and paying for a private pool to enjoy. Ngurah on reception was terrific and nothing was too much trouble for him .we would definitely stay again. Location was ideal .

Breakfast was served in room. Very basic and small serves. You will likely need to buy more. Therr is a great little coffee shop a few doors down.
The rain caused our pool to be out of action for a few days.

Honnêtement la villa n’est pas très bien entretenue un peu vieillotte mais elle est vraiment très très bien placée. Vous avez tout sur la route juste en face restaurant magasin honnêtement l’emplacement est vraiment important et vous êtes à peu près à 10 minutes de la plage
