Excellent staff.
The pool was unusable, with an unusual strong chlorine smell and green color. With two 4-year-old children on vacation, the least you would expect is that if you leave the hotel due to lack of service you paid for, they refund the money for the nights you didn't stay. BUT NO! We are still waiting. Poor property management.

The villa was superb, very clean and beautifully decorated, with many small details that made you feel at home from the first minutes. Very comfortable bedding and a very relaxing environment. The pool temperature was around 27 to 28 degrees (in August). The staff was very attentive. Truly an excellent memory. No smart TV, so bring your laptop or iPad if needed. Very good internet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The tranquility of the area is just absolutely stunning and incomparable.
The stairs up and down didn't have a railing, which was a bit tricky and the only downside to the whole experience.
