Splendid view for a magnificent sunset. Hearty breakfast. Kindness and commercial sense of the staff
I had to change the sheets because there was a small blood stain. We were in the authentic villa with a lot of charm, a terrace, etc., but it's in its original condition, the cleaning was done but the building is starting to show signs of aging. We also agreed to pay the price for the pool, etc., but during our stay, the pool could not be used because there were mustard algae at the bottom... on the third day when we left, it seemed clean, but it's a serious underlying problem!! So, we couldn't use the pool, which is frustrating... We asked to book a late excursion to the Gilis, helped by the reception (very very helpful), but in the end, it wasn't a boat with a transparent bottom as requested (well, it's not the hotel's fault, it's already nice of them to book for us at the same time we pay them, so probably an arrangement). The hotel made commercial gestures to compensate for all these mishaps, which is appreciated. The taxi ordered by the reception on the day of our departure was not the right size compared to what I had requested and specified the day before (a series of bad luck), but again, a staff member trying to do their best is appreciated. Note: need a taxi for everything (sea is 10/15 minutes by taxi), hotel high up in the mountains with a difficult road

The staff is very professional, very welcoming. They seem to work in a very good atmosphere and you can feel it. We also greatly appreciated the view and the pool. It is one of the most beautiful accommodations we have experienced in Bali.
